  • Always Feeling Tired: Not having enough magnesium can make you feel like you’re running on empty.
  • Problems with Your Bones: Magnesium is super important for keeping your bones healthy.
  • High Blood Pressure: This mineral is key for keeping your heart healthy, including your blood pressure.
  • Irregular Heartbeat: Not enough magnesium might be why your heart feels funny sometimes.

A big reason many of us don’t get enough magnesium is because the soil where our food grows doesn’t have as many minerals as it used to, thanks to modern farming methods. Plus, eating a lot of processed food doesn’t help.

So, if you’re dealing with restless legs, trouble sleeping, or just feeling off, checking your magnesium levels might be a good idea.
